ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

·        Train and support the culinary team in the finer points of cooking

·        Build a strong team and stay courteous to all owners, guests and team members

·        Order items and ensure proper preparation

·        Have a keen sense of budget

·        Act as the role model for all health codes and sanitation practices

To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of one year related experience and/or training

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
