As an HVAC Technician, you will:

• Be responsible for all Kitchen and Main Facility equipment
• Be responsible for the repair, replacement, and maintain various types of HVAC units within our property
• Work and document a preventative maintenance program
• Repack pumps and compressors, clean condensers, replace worn or defective parts
• Changes out air conditioning filters, discarding the old ones, replacing them with new filters, labeling new filters before installation
• Maintain air handler closets regularly
• Clean evaporator and condenser coils regularly
• Leaves work area in a neat, clean condition

Requirements:

• EPA Universal license
• Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push, and or/move up to 50 pounds
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
• Must have six months to one year of related experience and/or training
