SUMMARY

We know that you have a particular set of skills. Like a pit boss on race day, you have every movement down to a science. Our guests look to you for guidance; like knowing what time the bus is coming, to how far it is to the nearest gas station. As a Parking Lot Attendant for Westgate Resorts, you keep the right ones in and the wrong ones out. Come get your spot reserved today!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

·         Provide guests with information regarding local restaurants, shopping and attractions

·         Collect payments ensuring that registered owners and guests have use of the parking lots

·         Resolve minor guest issues and make supervisors aware of major guest complaints

·         Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); no previous experience required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, and hear. In addition, the employee is occasionally required to taste and smell. The team member frequently is required to climb or balance.  The employee must regularly lift and/or move up 25 to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
