Recruits, Interviews and Selects all new hires for Day line Sales Lines.

DUTIES
Developing ADs for recruiting purposes, i.e. Orlando Sentinel, Career Builder, etc.
In the field recruiting for individuals for day line sales.
Setting up interviews, conducting interviews and hiring individuals for product knowledge classes.
Coordinating paperwork appointments.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office software applications.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
2-year degree or equivalent work experience. At least two year recruiting experience and must have past experience in the timeshare field.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend simple
instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one or small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the company.

Valid Drivers License
