Job Description

As the Front Office Coordinator, you will:

  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Provide Exceptional Guests’ Service
  • Answer phones following proper etiquette guidelines
  • Provide Housekeeping with daily Inventory of units, quantity and room types needed for check in
  • Assign all arrival inventory ensuring that all multiples, special needs groups and VIP are assigned
  • Maintain communication with Housekeeping and Engineering Coordinators and Managers regarding the following: Unexpected checkouts, VIP arrivals and cleaning services, pre-registered rooms, Update on clean rooms every hour, Status of owner units (all owner units must be ready no later than 2:00 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
  • Maintain adequate inventory of clean units for Front Desk Assign units to be cleaned for the following business day Assign Daily Cleaning Services to include mid-weeks, piece work for property cleaning teams
  • Ensure all room request and maintenance service request are logged in HotSoS
  • Respond to Medallia Surveys to ensure Guest satisfaction
  • Monitor HotSOS, Tetris, DBR Availability and REX to expedite room status for check-ins by 4pm
  • Taking Guest Reservation, checking guest in, assisting in Resort Services and Front Desk whenever needed
  • All other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • 25 WPM Typing Speed, Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good organizational Skills
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three months to six months related
  • Valid driver's license
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
