Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have competent computer knowledge in Excel and be able to learn internal systems such as SAMS and MR.
Must have great interpersonal skills, internal customer service because they are dealing with sales representatives, operations team members, and management at various levels.
Must be very organized and always willing to go above and beyond.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred, not required.
Prior Westgate or timeshare experience preferred not required.
Prior customer service experience required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Bilingual a plus.
