Job Description

Manages the River Ranch Concierge VIP Team marketing function to support sales productivity. These include planning, reporting, policy and procedure setting and management, training, administration, and recruiting and selection of talent.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, and other duties may be

assigned.

Create, adjust, and maintain schedule for Concierge VIP team members

Achieve budgeted tour flow for all on property hospitality sourced tours

Develop and implement cost effective marketing programs for tour procurement

Work with all on property renter guests to provide excellent service and increase tour penetration using our concierge approach

Responsible for all on property hospitality production training, hiring, coaching, and counseling of all team members

Oversee the Concierge VIP production team

Manage all activity, golf cart, and rodeo sales in order to maximize tour production and generate income from guests who do not participate in tour.

Work hand in hand with the Sales and Operations Team

Ensure all production staff meets the minimum performance standards

Work closely with sales leaders on all tour flow and progress

Communicate with sales support to get projections of occupancy in order to have adequate staffing

Must be driven to achieve our company’s overall goal in a positive and professional manner

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees Concierge VIP team and activities, golf cart, and rodeo ticket sales. 

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Must have marketing and/or sales experience, not exclusive to timeshare.
