SUMMARY
This job’s primary purpose is to provide excellent customer service to all guests, including welcoming guests to the resort, escorting them to their accommodations, and booking timeshare presentations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes, but not limited to, the following:
- Greet all guest checking into the resort lobby with an energetic and welcoming smile
- Assist check-in manager with arrival experience
- Answer questions guest have about the resort, activities, amenities, and local attractions
- Walk guests to their rooms
- Contact missed guests post arrival providing a welcoming experience and attempt to book a tour
- Assist guest in booking activities and local attractions
- Assist sales team with service-related duties
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have outgoing personality and possess excellent customer service skills and work well with others. Must be computer literate and have friendly phone skills. Majority of the workday is standing.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to 3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
