Job Description

To provide 6 star customer service to new owners and guests and create a unique and memorable experience by anticipating and fulfilling the new owner's needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Greet and welcome all owners and guests.
  • Assist with resort tours & show model to New Owners at any Vegas property of ownership.
  • Assist New Owners to transportation area.
  • Pick up & deliver New Owner gifts to Closing Officers.
  • Escort New Owners to assigned Closing Officer preparing guest paperwork for deeding.
  • Assist New Owners in guest lobby with popcorn or beverage.
  • Pick up files from Contract Processing and deliver to Closing Officer's office.
  • Pick up mail from onsite Post office including Fed Ex Office.
  • Stock water in beverage cooler & stock lunch / break area. Prepare coffee or popcorn.
  • Fold & Store New Owner Kit bags.
