As an HVAC Technician, you will:

• Repair, replace, and maintain various types of HVAC units across our campus, ensuring all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems consistently operate at peak performance.
• Establish and document a proactive preventative maintenance program. 
• Pack pumps and compressors, clean condensers, and replace any worn or defective parts. 
• Manage air conditioning filters, promptly discarding the old ones, install new filters, and diligently label them before installation. 
• Conduct maintenance of evaporator and condenser coils.

Requirements

• Valid EPA, Universal License.
• At least one year of field experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid FL State Driver's License to drive company golf carts.
