As an Activities Coordinator at Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo, you will meet and interact with guests from around the world while helping them create remarkable vacation experiences by coordinating comprehensive recreational programs and special events.

As an Activities Coordinator, you will: 

• Partner with other departments to promote the activities center and interact with guests
• Create an energetic, fun, and active environment
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the working area
• Work as a team player to ensure all other tasks are completed as required
• Tend to our petting farm
• Interact with guests regarding our animals in the petting farm

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Must have a current Driver’s License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to partner with others and interact with guests in a courteous and customer service manner
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and coordinate with other departments to create activities and events on property
• Proven ability to handle challenges effectively in regards to guest concerns to anticipate, prevent, identify and solve problems as necessary
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally items over 100 pounds with assistance
• Must be comfortable with variable and outdoor weather conditions
