As the Manager on Duty for Westgate Resorts at our River Ranch, FL property, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the front desk team. As a Manager on Duty, you will:

• Perform property inspections to ensure that service levels are of highest standards.
• Support Front Desk with any guest situations that arise
• Act as liaison between all departments to ensure proper communication and teamwork is taking place
• Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of units.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving guest issues

Requirements:

• Full open availability, night shifts
• At least 2 years of hospitality management with resort experience preferred
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
