Job Description

Manages a variety of general office activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, and other duties may

be assigned.

  • Oversee all dayline Training Operations at specified resort
  • Oversee dayline Recruiting needs at specified resorts
  • Oversees all schedules at specified resorts
  • Handle communications and accounts with inter and external vendors.
  • Plan resort events

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Dayline Training GM carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Must have good customer service skills

Advanced computer knowledge

Management and Sales experience

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

 

One-year certificate from college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Prior Westgate experience preferred. Should have excelled through the ranks starting with a Sales rep, member of top sales teams (Elite team, VOA team, etc.), Million Dollar Club, Training manager or TO.

Prior customer service experience required

Minimum 5-year Management Experience

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple and advanced correspondence and training materials. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group (small and large) situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization and outside the company.

 

Bilingual a plus.
