Job Description

DUTIES

  • Greets families in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Coordinates Owner check ins with In House Concierges/Sales Reps.
  • Ensures booked tours are properly scheduled.
  • Track, audit and report weekly tours, penetration, and any other statistical information as necessary.
    Respond to questions and concerns from guests.
  • Recommends corrective services to adjust guest complaints.
  • Attends meetings as required.
  • Prepare reports as requested.
  • Communicates to Sales Director daily on check ins
  • Communicates with Front Desk and Resort Management to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed
  • Ensures that check in refreshments are clean, organized and always available.

Ensures that the sales check in area is always clean and presentable.

Qualifications

Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have competent computer knowledge in Excel and be able to learn internal systems such as SAMS and MR.
Must have great interpersonal skills, internal customer service because they are dealing with sales representatives, operations team members, and management at various levels.
Must be very organized and always willing to go above and beyond.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred, not required.
Prior Westgate or timeshare experience preferred not required.
Prior customer service experience required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Bilingual a plus.
