Job Description

This jobs primary purpose is to assist manager in the operation of the Tour Desk.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, and other duties may be
assigned.

Process reports on a daily basis.
Order inventory supplies and uniforms as needed.
Act as manager in all areas of the Tour Desk in the absence of manager.
Assist manager in the operations of Tour Desk.
Assist Tour Desk staff with questions/concerns.
Train Tour Desk new hires.
Keep inventory of all sales paperwork copies such as price sheets, floor plans, credit apps, etc.
Assist with In House requests such as printing paperwork, pulling ownerships, and looking up banked
time.
Assist with Dayline requests such as running credit apps and checking paperwork.
Assist with any additional duties requested by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out
supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and
directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing
complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical
procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and
procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of
managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
