Job Description

This jobs primary purpose to the organization is to make sales for profit to Westgate Resorts

DUTIES
Attend morning sales meetings.
Pitch and sell Westgate Resorts to prospective buyers in order to sell weeks.
Provide excellent customer service to all guests/owners.
Interact and serve as tour guide to all resort guests.
Complete all paperwork needed for all sales transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Other duties may be assigned by the Sales General Manager.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in supervising all sales representatives, ability to discipline with input regarding hiring and firing. Input included with regards to the performance of their duties, their interaction with sales representatives and customers.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One-year certificate from college or technical school. Two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess exceptional sales techniques.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
