Job Description

We are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. If you thrive in a team-oriented environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

As a Housekeeper, you will: 

  • Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms
  • Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required
  • Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines
  • Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
  • Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team
  • Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts
