- Salary: HEW Level 4 $80,736 – $85,954 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading
- Support accurate curriculum information for students and academic staff
Support the administration of curriculum information across the University, ensuring accurate data, quality subject outlines and timely curriculum outcomes.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Curriculum Administration Assistant to work within the Curriculum Administration team in the Student Administration and Registrar’s Office, providing essential administrative support for the University’s curriculum administration activities.
You will support the scheduling, production and publication of Subject Outlines, helping to ensure curriculum and assessment information is accurate, current and maintained in accordance with University policies, procedures and quality standards.
Working closely with Faculties, Schools and professional teams, you will process curriculum changes, maintain data across University systems and undertake quality assurance activities.
This role will suit someone who is organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working collaboratively in a busy environment where accuracy and meeting deadlines are important.
What Success Looks Like:
Success in this role will be demonstrated through accurate, timely and policy-aligned curriculum administration. This includes:
- Subject Outlines are scheduled, developed and published accurately and on time.
- Curriculum and assessment data is accurate, current and maintained with a high level of integrity.
- Quality assurance checks identify and resolve errors before they impact curriculum delivery.
- Curriculum changes and variations are processed accurately and in accordance with policy.
- Data is effectively compiled and reviewed to support reporting and operational decisions.
- Process documentation is clear, accurate and kept up to date.
- Positive relationships are developed with Faculties, Schools and other internal and external stakeholders.

About You
The ideal candidate will be organised, collaborative and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a complex environment. You will have:
- A relevant qualification or equivalent professional training and experience.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Effective organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- The ability to collect, summarise, analyse and report data clearly and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail when maintaining, checking and processing information.
