- Full-time, Ongoing position at Academic Level B.
- Parramatta City campus with flexible working arrangements.
- Salary: $125,177 – $147,810 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will coordinate, design, deliver and evaluate marketing units, providing high-quality teaching, assessment and feedback that support student learning. Your work will strengthen capability in digital marketing, artificial intelligence / marketing technology, and international business.
You will collaborate with academic colleagues to deliver undergraduate teaching informed by current research and scholarship.
You will contribute to research and scholarly activity within the marketing discipline, including publishing in high-quality journals and preparing internal and external grant proposals. You will also supervise Honours and higher degree research students and help attract and develop future researchers.
You will build productive relationships across the School, Faculty and University, as well as with academic, industry and professional stakeholders. Through these connections, you will support students to achieve academic success and contribute to the strategic direction and administration of the School.
What Success Looks Like:
- Design and deliver high-quality, research-informed subjects across marketing and international business subjects.
- Support undergraduate and postgraduate students to achieve academic success.
- Publish research and scholarship in high-quality, discipline-relevant outlets.
- Prepare competitive internal and external research grant proposals.
- Build effective collaborations across the University and with external stakeholders.

About You
- A doctoral qualification in marketing or a closely related discipline.
- A record of high-quality tertiary teaching and course development.
- Research or scholarship demonstrated evidenced by high-quality publications, including publications in ABDC -A ranked journals or other leading journals in the discipline.
- Experience using educational technologies and online delivery methods to support effective learning.
- Experience supervising research students at Honours or higher degree level.
- Experience developing academic, industry and professional relationships and contributing to successful research grant proposals.
