  • Campbelltown campus-based role with standard business hours.
  • Salary: HEW Level 5 $85,778 – $97,006 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.


Provide essential administrative leadership for student placements and UniClinic operations.


The Opportunity
The School Administration Officer, Placements provides administrative leadership and operational support across placements and UniClinic services within the Faculty of Health. The role ensures the effective coordination of clinical and professional placement activities, patient management workflows, and compliance requirements.

Working closely with academic staff, clinical educators and external partners, you will manage complex administrative processes that support students, staff and patients. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, monitoring systems, and delivering high-quality frontline services.

This role suits a proactive administrator who thrives in a high-volume environment, can balance competing priorities, and is committed to service excellence and continuous improvement.


What Success Looks Like:

  • UniClinic operational workflows run efficiently, including patient bookings and records.
  • Placement administration processes are accurate, compliant and delivered on time.
  • Strong working relationships are maintained with academic, clinical and external stakeholders.
  • Reports and data are prepared accurately to support operational decision-making.
  • Students, staff and clients receive professional and responsive frontline service.

About You

  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in administration within a large, complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage databases, reporting tools and digital systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience handling complex or sensitive client or student enquiries professionally.
