- Salary: $107,053 - $115,469 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading
Coordinate impactful donor engagement and communications that strengthen lifelong relationships with Western Sydney University.
The Opportunity
This role sits within the Office of Advancement and plays a central part in how the University engages, thanks and communicates with its donors. You will coordinate donor stewardship, communications and engagement activities that demonstrate impact and build long-term relationships aligned to the University’s philanthropic goals.
Working closely with the Executive Director, Advancement, you will manage donor communications, reporting and engagement initiatives from planning through to delivery. The role combines project coordination, communications and stakeholder management, requiring strong organisation and attention to detail.
You will also contribute to events, digital presence and CRM reporting, ensuring donor interactions are timely, accurate and meaningful. This is a role for someone who enjoys working across teams, balancing multiple priorities and translating strategy into practical outcomes.
What Success Looks Like:
- Donor stewardship activities delivered in line with the Donor Stewardship Matrix
- Clear, consistent donor communications and impact reporting delivered on time
- Donor engagement events coordinated smoothly and professionally
- Accurate use of Raiser’s Edge CRM for tracking and reporting donor activity
- Strong collaboration across Advancement and internal stakeholders

About You
- Degree in communications, business, non-profit management or equivalent experience
- Experience coordinating fundraising, engagement or communications initiatives
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to tailor messages to audiences
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Confidence working with CRM systems and producing reports
