  • Hawkesbury campus, with flexible working arrangements
  • Salary: $85,778 – $97,006 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.

Provide high-quality administrative support that keeps Faculty operations running smoothly.

The Opportunity

As an Administrative Officer, you will play a central role in supporting the effective day-to-day operations of the faculty. Working closely with the Business Operations Coordinator and broader professional staff team, you will deliver high-quality administrative services that underpin teaching, research, and engagement activities.

You will provide practical and responsive support across a wide range of functions including documentation, records management, assets life cycle management, finance processing, and facilities coordination. The role requires confidence working across multiple university systems and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and service standards.

This position is part of a collaborative Faculty professional staff team and may support multiple schools and initiatives as required. You will also contribute to Faculty events and projects that directly enhance the student and staff experience, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Delivering accurate and timely administrative support across Faculty operations
  • Maintaining compliant records, documentation and financial processing
  • Supporting academic staff with governance, reporting and operational tasks
  • Coordinating and supporting Faculty events and activities
  • Contributing to process improvements and consistent administrative practices

About You

  • Relevant qualification and or equivalent administrative experience in a complex organisation
  • Strong computer literacy across word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentations
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Experience supporting events, activities or projects
  • Well-developed written and interpersonal communication skills
