　組立装置設備保全エンジニア　

＜職務内容＞

　ハードディスクドライブ(HDD)の新製品の開発を担う藤沢事業所において、開発促進のため、新規開発製品の試作、及び、使用する自動組立装置の保守・点検・管理を行なう業務を担当いただきます。
まさに“ものづくり”に興味のある方、及び、AI・データセンタービジネスを支えているHDDの新製品開発に関わりたい方にはマッチした業務です。

1. 製品開発部門からの要求をもとに、関連部門と試作生産計画を立案
2. 製品開発部門からの開発中の新たな試作の依頼に基づき、クリーンルーム内での自動組立装置による試作(マニュアルによる組立作業もあり)
3. 組立作業後、PCBAの取り付けや溶接等を行い、HDD試作品のテストを実施
4. 自動組立装置のエラー・不具合等の原因究明・対応
5. エラー・不具合の発生前に、試作に使用される組立装置の定期部品交換・保全作業

＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞ 

• 高校卒業以上
• 自動組立装置の保守・保全・点検業務を一定期間の担当した経験(基本的な機械・電気の知識)
• 安全に対する意識を持ち、トラブル発生の際、自身や周囲の方の安全に配慮した行動ができる方
• 開発部門、外部業者等の関係者とも積極的にコミュニケーションをとれる方
• 英語：業務での使用経験は不要ですが、メールや文書の読み書きで必要となる場合があります。
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル

＜あれば望ましいスキル＞

• 自動製造装置や搬送ロボットなどの動作プログラムやPLCプログラムに関する知見
• 必要となる組立ツール類の改善・改良に向けた提案・対応の経験・意欲

　【想定年収】600万円 ～ 800万円
　　　　月給：30万円以上　※経験・スキルを勘案の上、決定
