Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal Communications Support
- Assist in preparing and sharing communication materials such as emails, newsletters, posters, and intranet content
- Support updating communication channels (e.g., internal platforms, digital signage)
- Help collect and organize content from teams for communication campaigns
Employee Engagement Activities
- Support the coordination of engagement programs such as events, workshops, and recognition activities
- Assist in logistics for engagement initiatives (venue, materials, communication, participant coordination)
- Help gather employee feedback through surveys or informal channels
Content Creation & Coordination
- Draft simple communication content under guidance (announcements, event invitations, highlights)
- Support creation of basic visual materials using templates (e.g., PowerPoint, posters)
- Take photos or assist in documenting events and activities
Data Collection & Reporting
- Help compile participation data and engagement feedback
- Support tracking of simple metrics (e.g., attendance, survey responses)
- Assist in preparing basic reports or summaries
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams (HR, Operations, Admin) to support engagement and communication initiatives
- Follow guidance from senior team members and contribute ideas
This position is part of our Early Career program at WD. Our Early Career program is designed to support individuals beginning their professional career by providing the foundational training through a structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
We warmly welcome fresh graduates, and Early Career Talent with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of experience required (internship or activity-based experience is a plus)
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
SKILLS:
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both the Thai and English languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Forms, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good coordination and teamwork skills
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools) are a plus
