Job Description
The Facilities Engineer Analyst role is responsible for providing technical support, system governance, and data-driven analysis for Facilities operations. This role supports the operational stability and continuous improvement of facility systems, including maintenance management, building monitoring, utilities monitoring, and sustainability systems.
The role is also responsible for departmental systems related to finance, inventory, compliance, and facilities governance. Acting as a key coordinator for Facilities management systems, this position supports ISO compliance, cost control, sustainability initiatives, and RBA requirements.
The role makes substantial technical contributions to the department by applying proven solutions to complex operational and system-related challenges. It also supports innovation by analyzing customer feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to technical enhancements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and support Facilities-related digital systems including:
- Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Building Management / Monitoring Systems (BMS)
- ISO, RBA and ESG monitoring systems
- Sustainability tracking systems
- Ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and effective user adoption.
- Support system troubleshooting, enhancements, and integration improvements.
- Analyze facilities operational data including maintenance performance, utilities consumption, downtime, and efficiency trends.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical input to support operational decision-making and problem-solving.
- Support ISO, RBA, EHS, and sustainability compliance systems.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for audits and governance requirements.
- Support cost saving initiatives and tracking mechanisms.
- Support departmental finance tracking and reporting systems.
- Maintain inventory management system accuracy (spare parts, materials, and equipment).
- Ensure proper data control for cost and stock visibility.
- Provide technical support for Facilities operations and system users.
- Support resolution of complex technical and system-related issues.
- Translate operational feedback into system or process improvements.
- Contribute to innovation and digitalization initiatives within Facilities
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / related field), Facilities Management or Information Systems / Data / Science & Technology (with relevant experience)
PREFERRED:
- Experience with CMMS / BMS / IoT / Utilities monitoring systems
- Exposure to ISO, RBA, or sustainability reporting systems
- Technical or data analytics background
SKILLS

- Understanding of facility systems and maintenance processes
- Proficient in system tools and digital platforms
