Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and support factory initiative project such as 7S, KAIZEN, QCC, LEAN, 6Sigma, KM, Sustainability, and collaboration projects. 
  • Develop new initiative projects such as KAIZEN, QCC, LEAN, 6 Sigma, KM and collaboration projects to improve manufacturing process. 
  • Determine project specifications, user requirements, safety and ergonomic related requirements, estimate of investment and return of investment for justification. 
  • Monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems. 
  • Ensure commonality/standardization among same processes/system within related manufacturing sites. 
  • Work on Others and Special Job Assignment. 
  • Support and follow-up working performance on EMS and EOHSMP to comply with action timeline in order to have suitable safety & sustainability. 
  • Support and participate the QMS, EHS and OHSMS activity e.g., waste segregation, energy saving, good catch reporting, etc. 
  • Identify and report unsafe conditions immediately to safety officer. 
  • Maintains safe all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with all safety, requirements. 
  • Report the accidents or illness or annoyance, environmental incident that caused by working and/or good catch (near miss report) to the safety officers. 
  • Cooperate with manager in implementing and promoting environmental occupational health and safety and work aligned with WDTH regulations. 
  • Support and participate the EHS activity e.g., waste segregation, energy saving, good catch reporting, etc. 

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience level : 3–5 years

PREFERRED:

  • Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, process improvement, or project management
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, QCC, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies
  • Experience in data analysis, process mapping, KPI tracking, and root cause analysis
  • Experience facilitating improvement workshops, cross-functional projects, or change management initiatives
  • Knowledge of quality systems, operational standards, continuous improvement tools, and digital technologies such as automation, AI, data analytics, or smart manufacturing solutions in a manufacturing or business environment

SKILLS:

  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, and digital mindset skills, with the ability to support automation and AI-driven improvement initiatives
