Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To supervise and provide guidance/ advice to AS Lab operators
  • To perform analytical tests using proper procedures/methods with accurate data analysis on piece parts, indirect materials, and samples from the process, such as the cleaning system, as trained by senior technician or AS Lab engineers
  • To alert AS lead technicians or AS Lab engineers immediately in case of lab equipment/instruments are out of order or not working properly
  • Perform assigned work to achieve deliverables committed to organization goals, occupational health and safety, and environmental goals in accordance with these jobs description and in compliance with work rules, ethics, and compliance policies of the company

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience working in an analytical chemistry laboratory (fresh graduates are welcome)

PREFERRED:

  • Basic knowledge of products and components
  • Basic proficiency in the English language
  • Good background in chemistry or other pure science

SKILLS:

  • Have a good skill to hand on the instrument, like to work in Chemical lab
  • Good coordination and working in teamwork skills
  • Communication skills
  • Computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
  • Able to work in shift (4 off 2)
