We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech‑savvy Executive Assistant to support the India Site Leader at Western Digital. 

The ideal candidate will manage communication, schedules, priorities, and key initiatives, and acting as a bridge between the India Site Leader and internal/external stakeholders, global stakeholders, and visiting executives.

This role also plays a key part in supporting India site‑level operations, town halls, engagement events, and leadership visits.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Manage the Site Leader’s calendar, meetings, travel plans, and daily schedules with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including interactions with global teams, partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review emails, business documents, reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the Site Leader and departments, ensuring smooth communication flow and timely follow‑ups.
  • Track strategic tasks, priorities, operational updates, and ongoing business initiatives.
  • Organize and support leadership meetings, site visits, executive visits, reviews, and special events.
  • Organize and support India Site Town Halls, all‑hands meetings, employee engagement events, and cultural/celebration activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

 

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

     

    • 6+ years  experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders, preferably in a technology or product‑driven organization.
    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Management preferred); certifications in administration or business communication are a plus.
    • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Proactive mindset with strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.

    Preferred Attributes

    • Prior experience supporting global teams and senior stakeholders.
    • Exposure to a global B2B enterprise technology environment.
    • Ability to manage complex schedules across multiple time zones.
    • Calm, composed, positive attitude, especially under pressure.
    • High level of comfort using modern digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and collaboration.
