【岗位职责】

1. 与制造、工程、IT 团队紧密合作，挖掘智能制造场景中的 AI/ML 机会点，形成可落地的技术方案。
2. 负责制造与自动化应用的设计、开发、测试与部署，覆盖数据接入、特征工程、模型训练、推理优化及可视化等完整链路。
3. 利用机器学习、深度学习、计算机视觉、时序分析等技术，提升设备预测性维护、质量检测、生产排程、能耗优化等关键 KPI。
4. 建立数据管道与 MLOps 流程，保证模型持续迭代与工业化稳定运行。
5. 跟踪前沿 AI 技术，输出创新原型并推动其在生产环境的规模化落地。
6. 撰写技术文档、专利及最佳实践，赋能组织技术成长。

Responsibilities

1. Partner with manufacturing, engineering and IT teams to identify AI/ML opportunities and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
2. Design, develop, test and deploy automation & manufacturing applications covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, inference optimization and visualization.
3. Apply machine-/deep-learning, computer vision and time-series analytics to improve predictive maintenance, quality inspection, production scheduling, energy efficiency and other key KPIs.
4. Build data pipelines and MLOps workflows to ensure continuous model iteration and industrial-grade reliability.
5. Track cutting-edge AI research, deliver innovative prototypes and drive large-scale deployment on the shop floor.
6. Create technical documentation, patents and best-practice playbooks to foster organizational learning.

1. 2025/2026本科应届生，计算机、软件、自动化、电子、工业工程、人工智能等相关专业。
2. 扎实的编程能力（Python/C#/C++/Java 至少一种），熟悉常用 AI 框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn 等）。
3. 理解主流机器学习算法，具备实际项目/竞赛/科研经验者优先。
4. 熟悉 SQL、时序数据库及大数据平台（Hadoop/Spark/Flink）者优先。
5. 对工业自动化、MES、SCADA、PLC、IoT 协议（OPC UA、MQTT）有基础了解者优先。
6. 具备优秀的跨文化沟通与团队协作能力，自我驱动，乐于持续学习。
7. 英语读写流利，可作为工作语言进行技术交流。

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor’s degree to be awarded in 2025/2026 in Computer Science, Software, Automation, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, AI or related fields.
2. Solid programming skills (Python/C#/C++/Java); familiar with mainstream AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
3. Good grasp of classical ML algorithms; hands-on project, competition or research experience preferred.
4. Knowledge of SQL, time-series databases and big-data platforms (Hadoop/Spark/Flink) is a plus.
5. Basic understanding of industrial automation, MES, SCADA, PLCs and IoT protocols (OPC UA, MQTT) is preferred.
6. Strong cross-cultural communication & teamwork; self-driven and eager to learn continuously.
7. Fluent English (written & spoken) for daily technical discussions.
