Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that there is no SV1-CFM defect escape to the customer (HSA/HDD)
- Collaborate with the engineering team to define SV1-CFM parameters.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to define the best process control for SV1-CFM parameters.
- Maintaining SF Quality KPI through the use of VFC and Smart Quality
- Support internal/external customers on customer feedback on defect characterization/improvement.
- Assure any wafer/substrate deviation or qualification must be communicated properly to BE team to manage shipment and logistic control.
- Qualification data must be reviewed with the team before the release wafer shipment
- Assure that all documents related to SF processes are in compliance and exceed expectations
- Assure that appropriate tools (8D / FMEA / SPC / Lesson learn) are correctly used to maintain good quality of the product
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Science, Chemistry, Production, or equivalent
PREFERRED:
- Work in HDD business, especially the slider fabricate process, is an advantage
SKILLS:
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Digital literacy
- Use Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Digital/AI tools
