ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work 12-hour shifts as required by operational needs.

• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and maintain accurate maintenance records.

• Act as the first line of response for machine unscheduled downtime and quality issues.

• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional departments to ensure operational efficiency.

• Provide clear and structured reports on major equipment downtime, including chronological events and corrective actions taken.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Diploma in any Engineering.

PREFERRED:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Applicants who demonstrate early-career level experience are also encouraged to apply.

SKILLS:

• Strong team player with effective communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of Automation and Control Systems.

• Ability to handle sudden changes and work effectively under pressure to restore machine operations within short notice.

• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an added advantage.

• Understanding of machine software such as PLC or C++ will be an added technical advantage.
