Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sustaining qualification of BQST HAMR process
- Driving improvement in overall KPI, quality, performance, cost leadership that relate to BQST process to meet business commitment.
- Setup, qualify convert tester and monitor KPI performance.
- Update related documents; WI, PI, OCAP and FMEA
- Compliance to Standards; IMS, contamination/ESD requirement
- Inform and highlight to higher level when find abnormalities of better or worse signs.
- Follow Regulation, Discipline and Orientation and comply with company policies, rules, regulations & THO documents.
- Control and follow up to achieve management plan.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field, Electronic engineering, Electrical engineering.
- At least 2-5 years in Test Engineering field.
- Fluent in English communication.
SKILLS:
- Machine installation, fixing and development
- Problem solving and Decision making
- Good Interpersonal Skill , Pro-active ,Positive Attitude, Accountable , Dynamic
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
- Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts of others
