Job Description
Summary of the Role:
As an IT Programming Analyst II, you will be involved in the development and maintenance of software solutions that enhance production efficiency, logistics control, and system reliability. You will join a team responsible for the Manufacturing Execution System, which plays a critical role in managing workflows, logistics, recipes, and specifications across the plant. You are eager to learn and explore AI and emerging technologies to help modernize and optimize our manufacturing systems.
Job Responsibilities and Role Accountabilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications that support manufacturing workflows and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and IT to understand system requirements.
- Assist in integrating new technologies, including AI and automation tools, into existing MES and ERP systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot software issues in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document software processes, configurations, and updates.
- Stay current with industry trends and actively explore innovative solutions
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field of study.
- Atleast 4 years of work experience in programming.
- Industry exposure in the Shared Services, Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing setup is highly preferred.
Skills and Competency Requirements:
- Proficiency in .NET Framework, Python, or JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of software development principles and version control.
- Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
- Knowledge of Agile or DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and explore AI, automation, and new technologies relevant to manufacturing.

- Open to a dayshift work schedule.
