Western Digitalの最重要拠点の一つである日本法人(藤沢事業所)において、高いスキルと経験を持つセキュリティスーパーバイザーを募集します。当社の人員、資産、施設の安全と保護を確保するためのセキュリティ業務を監督・管理する役割を担っていただきます。

• セキュリティ方針および手順の策定、実施、徹底
• セキュリティベンダーの監督と調整
• 監視システムおよびセキュリティ機器の監視と操作
• 定期的なリスク評価の実施と適切なセキュリティ対策の実施
• セキュリティ事件や緊急事態への対応と管理
• 必要に応じて地元の警察や社内外の関連機関との連携
• 高水準のパフォーマンスを維持するための、セキュリティベンダーの教育、指導
• 正確なセキュリティ報告書と文書の作成と維持
• 現地のセキュリティ規制と会社方針の遵守の徹底
• セキュリティ予算と資源配分の策定への参加
• 定期的なセキュリティ監査の実施と改善提案

＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞ 

• 高校卒業相当以上の資格・学位を有する方
• 事業所又は警備会社において3年以上のセキュリティ業務経験
• 2年以上の監督的な役割の経験
• セキュリティプロトコル、監視システム、緊急対応手順に関する総合的な知識
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：日常会話レベル以上　(業務上の使用経験は問わないが、入社後は海外サイトと簡単なやり取りは発生するので、キャッチアップする意欲のある方を歓迎)

＜あれば望ましいスキル＞

• 関連分野の学士号取得
• グローバル企業での勤務経験、海外との業務経験
• 先端的なセキュリティテクノロジー（例：AIベース監視システム）の導入経験
• BCP/BCM（事業継続計画）の実施や訓練に携わった経験
• 国際的なセキュリティ認証（例：CISM、CISSP）の保有
