Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a Project-Based Engineer to focus on contamination improvement projects within the production process and product operations. The role aims to identify, control, and eliminate contamination sources, enhance contamination removal effectiveness, and implement protection methods to ensure product integrity and reliability

  • Work on project-based assignments focusing on contamination improvement in Production processes and products
  • Conduct investigations to identify contamination sources and determine root causes
  • Develop and implement actions for contamination control or elimination throughout the manufacturing process
  • Evaluate and improve contamination removal methods to ensure process effectiveness and consistency
  • Establish or enhance protection measures to prevent contamination during assembly, handling, or testing
  • Collaborate closely with process engineers, quality engineers, and production teams to demonstrate and validate improvements
  • Track, analyze, and report project results, including contamination metrics and process performance improvements

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry
  • Internship student in the cooperative education program (CWIE) is required to have an internship period of at least 4-6 months

SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools
  • Knowledge in Statistical Analysis
  • Skills in Project Management
  • Basic knowledge or interest in cleanroom operations, contamination control, or product cleanliness standards
  • Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written/verbal)
