Essential Responsibilities:

• Analyze reject disks using microscopes and advanced equipment (AFM, SEM EDX, Wyko, Zygo, OSA) to identify and classify defects.
• Interpret defect analysis results, including SEM EDX data, and compile failure analysis reports.
• Lead discussions with process owners on defect issues and work to address unknown defects.
• Track and monitor yield performance using EIS and Spotfire, including viewing iris mapping and disk quality performance (KPOV).
• Coordinate with FA Tech to ensure correct reject disks are pulled for analysis.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve defect rates.

Qualification :

•  Degree Holder from any Engineering or related field from a recognized institution

Requirement:

• Min 3 year(s) working experience in Failure Analysis environment will be an added advantage

Skills:

• Fundamentals of Engineering: Understanding of core engineering principles and concepts relevant to the specific engineering discipline.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Hands-On Experience: Experience with laboratory work (Optical Microscope, Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), OSA, Zygo, project-based learning, or internships that provide practical application of engineering concepts.
• Project Management: Basic skills in managing projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas and collaborate.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to group projects and discussions.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to learn new concepts and technologies and adapt to changing work environments.
• Curiosity and Initiative: A desire to learn and take initiative in seeking knowledge and opportunities for growth.
