1. Responsible for Global day-to-day freight auditing via WD transportation management system (OTM – Oracle Transportation Management) and exceptional issue handling with relevant supplier and internal stakeholders
2. Support to set up and monitor WD freight billing process with external suppliers and internal account payable team
3. Cooperate with account payable team to settle the freight payment with supplier in a timely manner
4. Maintain freight database to enable rating function in transportation system
5. Generate the customized reports from OTM system or dashboard as requirements, and analyze transportation volume, unit costs and supplier’s performance
6. Have a pro-active approach to cost control and suppliers’ service quality improvement
7. Raise enhancement request to IT to improve or design new transaction function of the system
8. Active role as part of the whole logistics management team

1. Bachelor degree or above, 5+ year working experience related to logistics/Business administrative, supply chain, finance, etc.
2. High execution capability, effective problem-solving skill, operational Finance knowledge
3. Have common sense in transportation network optimization and cost reduction knowledge
4. Working experience in multinational manufacturing company
5. Good team player
6. Excellent communication skills with cross functional team
7. Good command of spoken and written English, and Microsoft Office skills, esp. Excel and PowerPoint,
8. Familiar with TMS, PowerBI and Project management skills will be plus
9. Willing to take over challenge and work under changing environment
10. Proactive, self-motivation, self-discipline, initiative, dynamic
