We are seeking a talented and experienced Field Application Engineer to join our team in Jinan, China. As a Field Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers, helping them integrate our products into their applications, and driving customer satisfaction.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, assisting with product integration, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
• Conduct technical presentations and training sessions for customers and internal teams
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to contribute to product development and improvement initiatives
• Work closely with sales teams to support customer engagements and drive business growth
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and best practices guides
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products
• Travel to customer sites within China as needed。

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in field application engineering or a similar technical support role
• Strong HDD related technical knowledge of engineering principles.
• Proficiency in relevant software and hardware tools used in the industry
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Experience working directly with customers in a technical support capacity
• Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and applications
• Familiarity with the Chinese market and customer needs
• Willingness to travel within China as required
• Relevant industry certifications (preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
