Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Improve and sustain the slider cleaning process to meet the new product requirements
  • Design evaluation plans to characterize the cleaning process
  • Summarize the evaluation results and identify process issues and/or opportunities
  • Create and set up the monitoring system for the equipment control.
  • Create and set up the monitoring system for process KOVs

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, Science, Chemistry, Physics or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years in related position.
  • Work in semiconductor or HDD business especially slider fabricate and/or Head glimbal assembly process is advantage.

PREFERRED:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CAD, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, JMP and Minitab

SKILLS:

  • Technical problem solving skill.
  • Leadership
  • Computer literacy
  • Process/Equipment/Maintenance skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
