Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To ensure quality level of SF Critical process of lapping, Cleaning and HOC through the uses of SV1-CFM programs and others quality tool and technique
  • Ensure that there is no SV1-CFM defect escape to customer (HSA/HDD)
  • Collaborate with engineering team to define SV1-CFM parameters
  • Collaborate with engineering team to define best process control for SV1-CFM parameters
  • Maintaining SF Quality KPI through the use of VFC and Smart Quality
  • Support internal/external customers on customer feedback on defects characterization/improvement
  • Assure any wafer/substrate deviation or qualification must be communicated properly to BE team in order to manage shipment and logistic control.  Qualification data must be reviewed with team before release wafer shipment
  • Assure that all documents related to SF processes are compliance and exceed expectation
  • Assure that appropriated tools are correctly used in order to maintain good quality of product (8D / FMEA / SPC / Lesson learn)

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor in Engineering, electrical, material science, physics, or equivalent.
  • 6-10 years of working experience in Engineering field, experience with the following design and process technologies.

PREFERRED:

  • Slider fabricate process step
  • ESD and Contamination/Corrosion impact/related on the slider head
  • Slider fabrication process/equipment risk assessment
