Western Digital, a world leader storage company is looking for a Product Manager to define our future Embedded storage devices. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with exceptional teams across Western Digital including inbound teams (Engineering, Architecture) and outbound teams (Business Development, Sales, Marketing). You will define and prioritize new product features, lead the product execution, build Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and value proposition for our Embedded storage devices.

• What you should bring with you:
• BA or B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant degree
• MBA degree (advantage)
• 4-7 years hands on HW/FW engineering experience in either Mobile, Semiconductor, Auto or IoT industries. Have strong technical understanding of products design, system and development life cycle
• 2-3 years of Product Management / Product Marketing and have business understanding of the market, ecosystem and competitive landscape
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products to the market with proven capability to integrate customer feedback into product requirements and drive their prioritization within the organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey clear massages to engineering, management and customers
• Team and solo player with superior interpersonal and management skills to influence, motivate and drive multiple cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative, have an optimistic approach for new challenges. Looks at challenge as an opportunity
• Passion about new technologies and their market penetration
• Ability to see the big picture and strategy as well as to maintain a strong attention to details
• Capable to manage multitasking activity and work well under pressure

Nice to haves:

• Global experience – working with teams and people across the globe
• Semi-conductor or storage industry experience
