• To manage projects improvement and automating production planning processes effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Working with cross functional team to accomplish KPI e.g. build plan execution, OTD, inventory management, cycle time performance and MLT.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to make clear, logical decisions based on facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short term effects, and exercising sound judgment when handling complaints, confidential and sensitive issues.
• Very strong data analytics (highly experienced in extracting, manipulating and reporting data from multiple sources), presentation, and communication skills.

• Bachelor Degree in IT/ Supply Chain Management/ Management / Science/ Industrial Engineer/Mathematics/ Others.
• 3 or more years of related experience in Master Scheduling or Production Planning, Ad-Hoc analysis related to supply planning activities, e.g. to identify root cause of shortage to forecast and/or orders.
• ERP knowledge in SAP, Oracle, i2 and MES.
• Knowledge of applications such as MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio & SQL.
• Understanding of Business or Manufacturing Operations & Knowledge of Supply Chain.
• Basic Knowledge for Data Visualization.
• Good follow up, accountability, customer-oriented mindset and on time feedback & support.
