Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design or develop assembly process to meet product requirement.
  • Develop process Instruction documents then release to mass production.
  • Develop process parametric data to detect abnormal signal.
  • Develop system to monitor and measure the process/tools performance.
  • Qualify process, tool/equipment and materials for design concepts proving.
  • Perform process failure analysis then define cause and actions when excursion happen or observed potential risk of problem.
  • Discuss with cross functional teams to resolve issues that affects the product/ process performance.
  • Establish the assembly process strategy prior product starts, to have process control and eliminate known issues.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

SKILLS:

  • Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical analysis knowledge
  • Knowledgeable in technical engineering software such as Solid Works, Statistical tools (JMP, Minitab), etc.
  • Communication and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Good Problem Solving & Decision Making
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Knowledge of Hard Disk Drive assembly process is optional
