• Develop, lead and execute commodity strategy for local and regional initiatives for IT commodity in factory production environment.
• Analyze market conditions for assigned commodities and implement sourcing strategies to assure supply and price competitiveness.
• Develop commodity plan to provide visibility to subcategory spends, supplier summaries and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Develop the supply base to exceed the goals and objectives of the company and Indirect Procurement team, e.g. supplier development and assessment.
• Negotiate Price/Contracts, conduct and follow RFQ/RFP/BPA process to ensure best pricing, terms and conditions.
• Develop a cost modeling tool to determine true component value of assigned commodity(s)
• Be a leader in ensuring that maximizing our purchase leverage for the best total cost of ownership
• Be a central interface between supplier, IT, production, finance, SQE, legal and buyers etc.
• Develop and implement supplier relationship management program
• Ensure the commodity supply base adheres to company standards of Corporate Social Responsibilities including but not limited to Environmental, Ethical, Legislative, and Regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management
• Ensure the efficient and timely exchange of knowledge and information to ensure best practices are shared throughout the Indirect Procurement organization

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Semiconductor, Electronics, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline preferred
• Minimum of 10 years’ strategic sourcing experience for information technology or indirect categories in a high volume manufacturing environment or similar
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit in multi-function program
• Able and willing to travel across internationally if required
• Good English skills, both in verbal and written. Mandarin is a plus
• Computer literate and have good working experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
