ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read-Write Integration (RWI) related work for product improvement.
• Support failure analysis related to Read-Write Integration (RWI) and Channel integration work related to new technologies/features.
• Enhance the work quality and expedite solutions delivery, aiming to improve yield, reliability, and test time for cost efficiency while maintaining optimal quality.
• Conduct data analysis and collaborate with the Head and Media Components team to drive next-level improvements, ensuring quality and minimizing excursions.
• Prepare comprehensive product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Participate in new product development to support product characterization to ensure quality margin is met.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication Engineering, or related fields.

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of test processes, failure analysis, or related fields will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing, data analytics, and programming languages (SQL, C/C++, Python).
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in English communication (written and verbal) along with effective presentation skills.
• Proactive, responsible, versatile, and adaptable to learning new technologies.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal and relational skills to develop a good relationship within the organization.
