Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Marketing Manager to be part of our global Regional Interlock team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our global New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and communication across diverse geographical regions. This role requires collaboration with regional marketing and sales teams, and Business Unit teams, and coordination of new partnership product introductions. The successful candidate will oversee the flow of operational product information, address regional inquiries, and support the development of communication content for effective product launches. with a focus on driving efficiency, quality, and successful outcomes.
Global New Product Introductions
- Collaborate with regional product marketing teams to drive the resolution of regional product-related queries, ensuring all operational product information is accurate, complete, and promptly addressed.
- tailor NPI processes to meet specific market needs, regulatory requirements, and cultural considerations in each geographical region.
- Engage with BU product development teams (Squads) to align on product information & strategies, ensuring regional teams are fully aware. Filter and communicate all relevant market information providing insights to enhance product features, functionality, and overall market success.
New Partner Project coordination:
- Working closely with the alliance partnership lead, coordinate and communicate new partnership product introductions in internal teams globally to ensure successful launch.
- Collaborate with BU teams to address any challenges or bottlenecks in the introduction of partner products, ensuring successful market entry and product lifecycle.
Regional Communication:
- Support the development of regional communication content, including product introduction presentations, feedback surveys, and sales communication materials.
- Act as a liaison between regional teams and global stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with overall product strategies.
- Obtain required information from squads and other teams to enable creation of advanced and effective communication tools ready for regional customisation to local and cultural tastes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, project management) is required.
- Proven experience in product marketing or management with a focus on customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal.
- Strong understanding of Product Marketing principles, processes, and tools, with experience in the consumer electronics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams internationally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
