ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist technical staff to check and ensure resolution of all issues to achieve all objectives.
• Monitoring and escalation to higher level when requires.
• Troubleshooting the problem related to Manufacturing execution system (MES) or related system.
• Supervises technicians to effectively perform and achieve their job.
• Performs related work as assigned.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science or any related fields.
• Have 0 – 2 years of experience in System Administrator or related fields (Recent graduates will be considered as well).
• Able to work in shift pattern to support Manufacturing.

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge in IT Infrastructure fundamentals e.g. VMware, Storage, Operating System - Windows server and Linux.
• Knowledge in Networking fundamentals.

SKILLS:

• Good in English communication and presentation.
• System Administrator, Database fundamentals (either MS SQL/DB2/SQL Commands and etc).
• Problem solving and Decision making.
• Pro-active, Accountable, Self-motivation and Team player.
