1. Develops training curricula and/or recommends or utilizes vendor programs that meet instructional goals and objectives.
2. Selects or develops training aids, including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.
3. Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
4. Evaluates effectiveness of training and development program/system and utilizes relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.
5. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
6. The primary focus of the 6S Champion is to develop and support a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
7. Responsible for implementing and maintaining the 6S program/system for optimal workplace organization.
8. Designing, installing, and supporting the entire 6S and training related system based on stakeholder requirement.
9. Participate in technical discussion and feature analysis.
10. Raise and discuss potential impacts on task delivery with the Team Lead
11. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.
12. Help define and build new features or applications based on technology and business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in data management or relevant field of expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of staff learning and assessment protocol.
