• Can work progressively as lab captain and should be able to manage lab space constraints and power requirements.
• Yearly budget projection needed for lab operations.
• Active participation in IATF audit as a Process Owner and closure of the internal audit findings.
• Continuously look for ways to improve lab operation, documentation, and processes.
• Should have strong communication skills.
