Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide engineering support for media salvaging process.
  • Responsible for media salvage yield (AOI), and machine downtime (AOI, SDE, Wiping) and verifying & fix excursion/ issue.
  • Provide and maintain media salvaging process knowledge related, troubleshooting, machine maintenance repair and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain and improve media salvaging to meet acceptance level of quality, yield, scrap cost and downtime/ IE activity support.
  • Responsible for providing the information machine cause failure.
  • Provide engineering support for all process-related and continuous improvement to achieve section/ department and company goal.
  • To support Company Vision, Mission, Quality playbook and ensure all quality activity complies with IMS, BCM, and RBA requirements.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and related field
  • 2+ years' experience in manufacturing process

PREFERRED:

  • Knowledge on Pneumatics system, IAI robot and controller, Electrics and utility system, PLC and Touch screen SW
  • Problem solving, statistics and data analysis skill.

SKILLS:

  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Strong in communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Powerpoint, Excel, and Word, email
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Being observant
